Paperfold become an inspiration for ceramic tableware with paperclay as a material to represent the character of paper itself. Paperclay is half solid, hal fluid plastic modelling clay , paper pulp and water. The more fiber added to the clay body, the stronger the unfired dry paperclay. The less fiber added to the clay body, the weaker the unfired dry paperclay, but the stronger the fired body. Paper has different types and character . Paper has character such as thin, flat, easy to be formed and fragile. Paper used in daily lives for drawing, writting, make an art, etc. These tableware are inspired by paperfold.
